Due to the heroic efforts of one of our favourite wholesalers, there are a limited number of these excellent looking Dutch load bikes available in Australia. We don’t have one in the shop, but if you want to carry as many groceries as can fit in Barina, or multiple slabs of VB, for $1755 it’s a steal. My personal experience with a heavy duty front carrier for bulky loads of organic veggies has been stellar.
Specs are Shimano Nexus 8spd internal gear hub, Shimano roller brakes, Schwalbe Big Apple 26×2.0 tyres, and a 55cm frame, with lots of room for adjustment.
If you want to make it happen, better get in quick.
